Hexaware Technologies Inaugurates New UK Headquarters at Canary Wharf

The UK is Hexaware’s second-largest global market, and the new headquarters underscores its ambition to deepen client engagement and tap into the country’s diverse and dynamic talent pool

Hexaware Technologies, a global leader in IT, AI, and digital solutions, further solidified its presence in the UK with the inauguration of its new UK headquarters at Level 32, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London. The strategic move reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to the region, following an impressive 25% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in the UK over the past five years, driven by rising demand for digital transformation and IT services.

Celebrating New Beginnings – Sir Nigel Wilson and R. Srikrishna mark the occasion with a ceremonial cake, joined by Hexaware leaders and guests for the ribbon-cutting at the new headquarters.

The UK is Hexaware’s second-largest global market, and the new headquarters underscores its ambition to deepen client engagement and tap into the country’s diverse and dynamic talent pool. Positioned as a co-innovation centre, the facility will enable Hexaware to collaborate closely with clients, exploring advanced digital capabilities across AI, data management, digital engineering, and cybersecurity. The new office will serve key sectors including banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, retail and consumer, travel and hospitality, and high-tech and professional services. It represents a critical hub for innovation and delivery in a market that continues to drive strategic value for the company.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by prominent dignitaries and business leaders, including Sir Nigel Wilson, Chairman of Canary Wharf Group; Deepa Doshi, Head of Missions at the Ruth Strauss Foundation; and R. Srikrishna, CEO and Executive Director of Hexaware Technologies. Clients, partners, and industry leaders from across the UK’s tech and business landscape gathered to mark the occasion.

Speaking at the launch, Amrinder Singh, President and Head – EMEA and APAC Operations at Hexaware, emphasized the UK’s strategic role in the company’s global vision:

“The UK and Ireland is one of our fastest growing markets globally, having achieved tenfold growth over the past decade. This new headquarters is a symbol of our long-term commitment to the region. It’s not just about business growth—it’s about driving innovation, job creation, and inward investment. The UK’s entrepreneurial spirit and skilled workforce align perfectly with our mission to become a global technology leader.”

Parameshwaran Iyer, Senior Vice President and Regional Head – UK and Ireland at Hexaware, reinforced the company’s role as a trusted partner in the region: “Hexaware has served the UK market for over 25 years, supported by a workforce of approximately 650 employees. As we expand our service offerings and partnerships, the new headquarters ensures we are better positioned to deliver impactful business outcomes and foster deeper relationships with our clients.”
With solid annual revenues and a growing client base, Hexaware is not only investing in a new headquarters but also expanding its delivery capabilities through a major centre in Birmingham. This expansion is expected to double the company’s UK workforce over the next three years, underscoring its strong growth trajectory in the region.

Sir Nigel Wilson, Chairman of the Canary Wharf Group, welcomed Hexaware to One Canada Square, noting: “We are delighted to welcome Hexaware to Canary Wharf as they establish their UK headquarters. Their presence here reflects the continued appeal of this area as a global innovation hub. Hexaware’s growth and ambition mirror our vision of building a thriving, collaborative business ecosystem.”
Beyond business, Hexaware is also committed to community engagement. Deepa Doshi, Head of Missions at the Ruth Strauss Foundation, highlighted the company’s charitable contributions: “Hexaware has been a vital partner in our efforts to support families facing grief. It’s a privilege to celebrate this milestone with such committed supporters. We look forward to deepening our collaboration as Hexaware enters this exciting new chapter.” As it looks ahead, Hexaware’s new headquarters not only marks a major milestone in its UK journey but also positions the company to lead in shaping the digital future of business in one of its most important markets.
