Pattinson Reveals His Salmon-Only Diet and Love for Instant Coffee

Pattinson also shared a previous diet choice from his film sets, where he would eat canned tuna with Cholula hot sauce.

Robert Pattinson has revealed his unusual diet habits, admitting that for months he ate “nothing but salmon.” Speaking to GQ magazine, the 38-year-old actor explained that he becomes obsessed with maintaining regimented behavior while working on multiple projects, which led to him eating salmon three times a day. “I have a seal’s diet,” Pattinson joked, noting that he’d been consuming salmon so frequently that he could no longer taste it.

Pattinson also shared a previous diet choice from his film sets, where he would eat canned tuna with Cholula hot sauce. After concerns about mercury poisoning, he switched to salmon, although he humorously noted that he was later warned that even salmon might carry risks of mercury.

Alongside his fish-based diet, Pattinson revealed his love for caffeine, especially enjoying “hyper-loading” on it early in the day. He explained that it helps him stay in a “manic state,” but he avoids high-caffeine drinks like Celsius, which he compares to a rollercoaster ride. The actor’s ultimate favorite is instant coffee, which he enjoys for its simple, barely-dissolved consistency.

Pattinson’s candid admission about his quirky diet and caffeine habits gives fans a glimpse into his unique lifestyle.
