Nicole Brydon Bloom’s Wedding Dress by Victoria Beckham

Nicole Brydon Bloom was “so grateful and overjoyed” when Victoria Beckham offered to design her wedding dress. The Paradise actress married Justin Theroux in a beautiful ceremony in Mexico over the weekend, wearing a stunning gown created by her close friend Victoria.
Nicole shared her experience with Vogue, explaining that the offer came about during a couples’ weekend break in December. While discussing her wedding dress ideas with Victoria, the designer began describing her vision for the gown, which Nicole described as “ethereal, flowy, and light for the sand, with tulle and soft flowers.” It sounded like a dream, and before long, Victoria offered to design the dress herself.

Justin, who has been friends with Victoria’s husband, David Beckham, for many years, initially wasn’t sure if Victoria was serious about her offer. “We weren’t quite sure if she was serious or not,” Justin said. “But she absolutely was. A few weeks later, Nicole was in London for fittings.”
Nicole was thrilled with the outcome. “I have always adored Victoria’s style and her vision was exactly what I was hoping for, so when she so generously offered to make my dress, I was so grateful and overjoyed,” she said. The gown was “elegant and timeless,” with just the right touch of youthfulness and sexiness, making it the perfect choice for Nicole’s special day.

For the opening celebrations of the wedding weekend, Nicole wore a classic slip dress by Victoria Beckham in a custom shade of pink. She also chose a delicate tulle set by Danielle Frankel for the rehearsal dinner and welcome party. “I ended up selecting this tulle set for my rehearsal dinner because it felt very appropriate for our setting,” she explained. “It was wonderfully unique and the delicate detail throughout was so dreamy.”

As for Justin, he knew exactly what he wanted to wear on the big day: a Ralph Lauren ensemble. “I wanted to wear exactly the look that Ralph wears,” he said. This iconic look included Ralph’s signature cream jacket, white shirt, black bow tie, and black tuxedo pants. However, Justin humbly admitted that Ralph Lauren wears the look better than anyone else, saying, “It was impeccable, but also infuriating because he wears that look better than anyone else can, certainly better than I do.”

In his usual playful manner, Justin joked that he almost considered dyeing his hair silver to match Ralph’s “foxy” appearance, but he ultimately decided, “There can be only one Ralph.”

For other events during the wedding weekend, the Leftovers star chose suits from Saint Laurent and Thom Browne. “Thom Browne is just incredible. And they’re the only suits that I can rock with a combat boot,” he said, adding, “Yes, I am the person that wears suits and boots to the beach.” Nicole and Justin’s wedding was a stylish affair, with carefully selected outfits for every occasion. Their collaboration with Victoria Beckham, combined with their impeccable fashion choices, made for a memorable and chic celebration of love.
