Neasden Town Centre is set for a major transformation following Brent Council’s approval of a £10.5 million investment on 15 January 2025. This funding combines £3.1 million from the Mayor of London’s Civic Partnership Programme with £7.4 million from Brent Council, marking a significant step in the town centre’s redevelopment.
The ambitious plans aim to create a greener, safer, and more accessible environment for residents and visitors alike. Key improvements include expanded green spaces, a rejuvenated high street, additional pedestrian and cyclist crossings, and a new community hub, “The Lighthouse.” This multifunctional pavilion will serve as a beacon for culture, enterprise, and community engagement.
